It is with great pleasure that we endorse Steve Nazzal Construction. From the beginning to the end of our remodel project, Steve and his crew were professional and accommodating. We love our remodeled home and appreciate the beautiful workmanship throughout. Steve brought a 1950’s house into the 21st century. The following areas were important to us when embarking on this project and Steve impressed us in all areas: 1. Timeliness: Steve projected our job would take eight months to complete. We were able to move back into our completed house in seven months. Everyday during construction someone was at the house working. Steve himself was on site daily monitoring the progress. 2. Changes: Throughout the project Steve addressed our concerns and questions. He made suggestions for changes that were often better than what the architect had drawn. 3. Budget: Steve’s estimate was very accurate and he stayed within budget. If something was going to cost more than was originally estimated, he gave us several options. In other words, it was our decision to go over budget. 4. Followthrough: Since we have moved back into the house, Steve has continued to address/fix things that are not exactly correct. We would not hesitate to hire Steve again for another project and enthusiastically recommend him to anyone considering remodeling. Bob and Toni Burton
