I’m a very picky, detailed oriented person but I must say that Steve Nazzal is probably the only person I know who is more particular than me. Steve was competitive among the three bids I received, but the quality of work he provided was worth a premium.
We did a major remodel not knowing what to expect, but Steve made it a hassle free experience. He was always available & involved in every detail of the project from spending considerable time with us and the architect on the plan, to making sure the sub contractors met the highest standards of quality & craftsmanship during each stage of the project. The precision that Steve demands from his team is evident from the initial framing work, to the finishing touches. He uses only the highest quality materials and never cuts corners. Steve also has a heck of an eye for style and was able to give us great ideas on the job that added a great touch turning our project into another distinguished Steve Nazzal home.
Our job was finished on time and within budget and I’m proud to say that the person that started out as our contractor, has truly become a friend that I would recommend to anyone.
