We first worked with Steve in 2004 on a complex remodel of a unique 1950’s built home.  Steve’s attention to detail and superior knowledge of architecture and framing helped us overcome some very challenging hurdles we encountered. When we decided to start over with a new project in another neighborhood – complete new construction of a 5K square foot tuscan home – we had no doubt that Steve was the right builder for the job.  His ability to foresee where adjustments may be needed to the plans, and his willingness to offer ideas and solutions sets him apart from most contractors in his field.  Steve ensured that he understood our goals for the project and worked with us to find the right subcontractors to meet our needs.  Steve was extremely easy to work with, honest and fair with his estimates of timing and price, and meticulous with ensuring the job was done right. You can tell from the minute you walk in the door that the project was built to the highest standards of perfection!
